PM Consulting is seeking a Service Delivery – Finance Operations professional to join our onsite team in BGC. The role covers end-to-end finance processes in a shared services setup, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include meeting SLAs, driving process improvements, supporting audits, and collaborating with global teams. Leadership at higher levels involves team performance, capacity planning, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Staff: 1–3 years experience; Senior/Lead: 4–8 years; Manager: 8+ years with leadership.
• Shared services/BPO experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of transactions.
• Monitor and meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• For leadership roles: manage team performance, capacity, and development.
