Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines seeks a Senior Manager, Finance to lead end-to-end finance service delivery with a focus on customer experience and efficiency. The role oversees R2R, AP, AR, FP&A and drives innovations including automation and RPA.

The successful candidate will guide strategic initiatives, develop KPIs, and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and risk management across global services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of managing finance service delivery within GBS
• Proven ability to drive customer experience initiatives and deliver measurable improvement
• Ability to shape future of service delivery excellence and contribute to growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams
• Balance between strategic thinking and operational execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication including C-suite presentations
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and adapt to ambiguity
• Passionate about driving organizational change
