• Experience in multinational or large matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's preferred.
• Certifications: PMP / Prince2 / Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties.
• Manage risks and ensure quality and governance compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain PM documentation and reports for post-project evaluations.
• Support change management with regional readiness and adoption.
