Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a Financial Accountant to ensure timely monthly and other financial reporting, including month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations, with support for the year-end audit as the primary point of contact.

The role offers exposure to global finance processes, a proactive, hands-on approach, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement within the finance function in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Experience working in a global finance environment, with exposure to UK companies considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports and financial information.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support finance integration activities for new acquisitions and business growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
