Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Financial Accountant to ensure timely monthly reporting, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and support year-end audits. The role covers regulatory returns, tax compliance, and ad-hoc finance projects within a dynamic, global finance environment.

The candidate will contribute to process improvements, work with acquisitions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid setting for our Manila operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a global finance environment; UK exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and external audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly management reports.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support finance integration activities for acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
