Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Financial Accountant to ensure timely monthly financial reporting, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and supporting year-end audits. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration with stakeholders, and a proactive, hands-on approach within a dynamic global finance team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a global finance environment; UK exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with deadline management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports and financial information.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support finance integration activities for new acquisitions and business growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
