Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Financial Accountant in Metro Manila, Pasig, to ensure timely monthly reporting and support year-end audits. You will manage bank reconciliations, regulatory returns, and assist with integration activities for growth initiatives.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on finance professional with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with global teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a finance role.
• Experience in a global finance environment; UK companies an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and external audit processes.
• Advanced Excel with ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial information.
• Lead year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support integration activities for acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
