Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a Financial Accountant to ensure timely monthly and other financial reporting, including month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations, with the year-end audit as the primary contact. The role also supports various reporting, project, and ad hoc finance activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Experience in a global finance environment, with UK exposure considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports and financial information.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support finance integration activities for new acquisitions and business growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
