Job summary

IQ-EQ is hiring a Financial Accountant in Pasig to ensure timely monthly and other financial reporting, including journals, reconciliations, and audit support. The role emphasizes continuous improvement within a dynamic finance team and collaboration across departments.

You will manage month-end processes, assist with statutory filings, and support integrations for new acquisitions, while contributing to efficiency and accuracy in a global finance environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a finance role.
• Experience working in a global finance environment, UK exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and external audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with stakeholder presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports and financial information.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support finance integration activities for acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
