Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Financial Accountant to ensure timely monthly and other financial reporting, including month-end journals, reconciliations, and supporting year-end audits. You will contribute to various reporting and ad-hoc finance activities in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in accounting, experience in a global finance setting (UK exposure a plus), strong financial controls, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Experience in a global finance environment; UK exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and external audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports and financial information.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Support finance integration activities for new acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
