Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig's BGC is seeking an Export Order Management Specialist to handle domestic and export orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate with warehouses, Sales, and Export Documentation to ensure orders are entered correctly.

The role involves providing first-level support via calls, email or chat, addressing queries, and maintaining service levels. A diploma or higher and 3+ years in export order management are preferred for this non-voice, process-driven

Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Relevant training in order management, customer operations, export operations or business administration desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience in export order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders accurately and on time, while supporting customer queries and day-to-day stakeholder coordination across the order process.
• Work closely with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Export Documentation stakeholders to ensure orders are entered correctly, issues are managed promptly, and service levels are maintained.
• Deliver reliable execution and strong operational support across domestic and export orders.
• Assist customers via calls, email, or chat and provide timely resolution to concerns or queries following SOPs.
• Provide 1st level technical support, service restoration, and fulfillment of service requests to ensure maximum availability.
• Follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and execute transactions per timelines.
• Provide first-measure analysis of issues and inputs for problem management and cross-functional escalation handling.
• Perform research to resolve issues, educate clients, and promote client’s products and services; identify opportunities.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction as part of performance evaluation.
• Adhere to program processes, policies & procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks and ad-hocs based on business need.
