The Domestic & Export Order Management Specialist will coordinate with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence and Export Documentation to ensure accurate orders, timely issue resolution, and delivery of service levels across a shared process environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Relevant training in order management, customer operations, export operations or business administration desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience in domestic and/or export order management, customer service, or related operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders accurately and on time, while supporting customer queries.
• Coordinate with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Export Documentation to ensure correct entry and timely resolution of issues.
• Deliver reliable execution and strong operational support across domestic and export orders.
