Infosys BPM Philippines in BGC, Taguig is seeking an Order Management Specialist to process domestic and export orders accurately and on time, while supporting customer queries and coordinating with warehouses, sales and export stakeholders.

The role emphasizes first-level support via calls, email or chat, adherence to SOPs, and achieving KPIs/SLA targets to ensure reliable execution and high service levels within a structured shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in domestic and/or export order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or college undergrads with equivalent relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Export documentation stakeholders.
• Assist customers via calls, email, and chats to resolve queries promptly.
