Job summary

TASQ is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our on-site team in BGC, Taguig. You will handle domestic and export orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while supporting customer inquiries and coordinating with key stakeholders across the order lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in order management or related roles, with strong skills in stakeholder coordination and a process-driven mindset. On-site availability in Metro Manila is required.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders accurately and on time, while supporting customer queries and day-to-day stakeholder coordination across the order process.
• Collaborate with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Export documentation stakeholders to ensure correct order entry and timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to reliable execution and strong operational support across the order scope.

• 3 years’ experience in order management, customer service or related operational roles
• Relevant training in customer operations, order management, or business operations.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process driven environment preferred.
• Experience in Shared services, GBS or delivery centre environment is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing domestic and export orders accurately and on time, while supporting customer queries and day-to-day stakeholder coordination across the order process.
• The role works closely with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Export documentation stakeholders to ensure orders are entered correctly, issues are managed promptly, and service levels are maintained across a distinct system and process environment.
• The role plays an important part in delivering reliable execution and strong operational support across the combined domestic and export order scope.
