Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage export loading operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments while maintaining cost efficiency. You will monitor inventory, prepare export documentation, inspect containers, and coordinate with Planning, Quality, Customer Service, and Freight Forwarders.

The role requires a vocational/technical background, 1–2 years in logistics or warehousing, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a vocational/technical program.
• 1–2 years in warehouse ops, logistics, export processing, shipping or material handling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, shipping docs, and cargo handling.
• Familiar with export regs, customs, and trade compliance.
• Able to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Proficient with basic computer apps and inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory records and track on-hand finished goods and export materials.
• Inspect warehouse tools and equipment and keep preventive maintenance checklists.
• Prepare export docs: shipping labels, gate passes, container inspection, and shipment monitoring reports.
• Update packaging, weight, and shipment details in invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, and Documentation teams for availability and readiness.
• Manage shipment processing, cargo release, and handover to freight forwarders/brokers.
• Perform 8-point container inspections and ensure proper cargo securement.
