Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event/operations is preferred.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with event/exhibition operations is advantageous.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to quickly learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage show inbox in Salesforce and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate booth setup, stand plotting, and reporting.
• Oversee contractor registration and site induction processes.
• Support end-to-end operations for events, including logistics and on-site prep.
• Assist with data input, post-show reports, and health & safety information.
• Support creation and updating of show collateral and logistics documentation.
• Ensure compliance for schedules, offices, meetings, and supplier setup.
