Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in Manila is seeking a Client Policy Analyst - Compensation to join our global research team focused on executive pay and governance in North America and Latin America. You will review SEC filings and proxy statements, train data analysts, prepare client summaries, and explain compensation policies and methodologies to internal and external stakeholders.

Limited international travel and travel to Manila may be required; a Bachelor's degree, English fluency, Excel

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of executive compensation issues and governance trends.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, especially in remote work.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, remote environment.
High attention to detail and multi-project management.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience with Excel and Office 365.

Responsibilities

Review SEC filings and proxy statements focusing on executive compensation programs.
Train and coach data analysts to deliver quality data for policy analyses.
Act as liaison between data team and policy leaders to deliver client outputs on time.
Review accuracy of client voting policies and explain results for proposals.
Deliver client reports in a timely manner.
Support the policy team with data projects as needed.
Explain compensation policies and methodologies to stakeholders.
Use analytical tools and models to conduct assessments.
Limited travel internationally and to Manila as needed.
