This role is focused on proxy voting across the full lifecycle, including policy implementation, research, execution, data management, and reporting.This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in the evolving corporate governance landscape and its role in capital markets. The successful candidate will support both internal stakeholders and external clients by analyzing proxy votes, identifying voting trends, and helping ensure client policies are accurately reflected in the voting process.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity about corporate governance and financial markets.
