Citco is seeking an executive to lead Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement with global scope. The VP role focuses on defining operating models for data, reporting and platforms, delivering end-to-end change, and guiding cross‑functional teams across global operations.

You will own requirements, testing, deployment and adoption, coordinating with IT, Transformation Office and client teams to ensure data quality, governance and scalable reporting across funds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in private assets accounting or operations with data/reporting exposure.
• Hands-on experience in reporting build, data analysis, system implementation or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of private assets processes and underlying data.

Responsabilités

• Deliver data, reporting and platform change from requirements through testing to deployment and adoption.
• Define and document Operations' data/reporting requirements with IT and Transformation Office.
• Support platform change through build; own test strategy including UAT and defect resolution.
• Develop data/reporting outputs to evidence problems and quantify benefits.
• Investigate data quality issues and trace to source.
• Support platform changes across fund structures and client transitions.
• Collaborate with Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions and Digital areas.
• Ensure change is understood, trained and genuinely adopted by Operations.
