The Citco Group Limited invites applications for Executive Vice President, Technology, Data & Delivery in Manila. This senior role leads strategic technology enablement across Private Assets, delivering data, reporting, platform solutions and AI-enabled workflows to client teams.

You will own the end-to-end delivery discipline, build the team, partner with Operations and Transformation, and ensure adoption of changes with measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years experience in fund administration or related financial services
• Experience delivering large-scale technology/data initiatives in a financial services setting
• Credibility with technology partners and ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements
• Practical knowledge of automation, digital workflow and AI
• Delivery governance experience including testing strategy, cutover planning and benefits realisation
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience including rotational colleagues
• Budgeting and stakeholder negotiation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; professional accounting designation a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas
• Own requirements, testing standards, cutover and benefits tracking
• Set out Operations’ requirements with IT and Transformation Office and oversee build, test and deployment
• Sponsor automation and AI opportunities from identification to deployment
• Own data, reporting and platform roadmap from Operations perspective
• Govern delivery: release planning, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness
• Partner with Operations to ensure change is understood, trained and adopted
• Build and develop the team, including rotation model, and participate in recruitment
• Maintain alignment with Tactical Operations and Marquee Operations
• Represent Strategic Operations in technology and delivery forums
