Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement in Manila to drive the Operations data and reporting agenda for Private Assets, working with IT and the Transformation Office to deliver data solutions.

You will own the data roadmap, establish standards, lead platform enablement, and mentor a team including rotational colleagues joining from the business. This role requires deep data, platform, and leadership experience in private assets.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment, with substantial exposure to data and platform initiatives.
• Proven delivery of data, reporting or platform programmes, including requirements definition and UAT ownership.
• Practical understanding of data models, lineage, controls and reporting architecture.
• Credibility with technology partners — able to challenge a design and hold a delivery date.
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals, including rotational colleagues joining from the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations data, reporting and platform roadmap, including data quality, lineage, ownership and reporting capability.
• Set out Operations’ requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, then deliver alongside them.
• Lead platform enablement work — ensuring platform change is specified, tested and adopted with Operations in the room throughout.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products rather than one-off extracts.
• Provide the data and evidence base that other focus areas rely on to quantify a problem and measure a benefit.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, the Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Lead and mentor focus area resources, including rotational colleagues joining from the business.
• Report on progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation to the relevant leader and senior stakeholders.
