• Supervise timely completion of Reed Exhibitions campaigns.
• Plan, organize, execute and report campaigns and activities.
• Manage attendance and monitor attrition and engagement metrics.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coaching discussions with team.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
