Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Stock Plan Administration Analyst to support global equity compensation programs, ensuring accurate transactions, data integrity, payroll and reporting.

Based in Manila GBS, you will work with cross‑functional partners and external providers to manage equity awards throughout their lifecycle. The role targets an analytical, detail‑oriented professional with interest in public‑company equity compensation and potential growth into broader stock plan processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in stock plan administration, equity compensation, payroll or related analytical role.
• Public company experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with data reconciliation and formulas.
• Exposure to RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP and SOX controls.
• Experience with stock administration platforms such as Equity Edge Online or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support global equity program administration including RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP and related plans.
• Process equity transactions from grants to terminations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain participant records and perform reconciliations for data integrity.
• Coordinate grant cycles, vesting events, and other recurring equity activities.
• Collaborate with external administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
