Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in stock plan administration, equity compensation, payroll or related analytical role.
  • Public company experience is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills with data reconciliation and formulas.
  • Exposure to RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP and SOX controls.
  • Experience with stock administration platforms such as Equity Edge Online or Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Support global equity program administration including RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP and related plans.
  • Process equity transactions from grants to terminations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain participant records and perform reconciliations for data integrity.
  • Coordinate grant cycles, vesting events, and other recurring equity activities.
  • Collaborate with external administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.

About This Role

The Stock Plan Administration Analyst will support the day‑to‑day administration of iRhythm’s global equity compensation programs, helping ensure complete and accurate equity transactions, strong data integrity, timely payroll and reporting support, and high‑quality employee experience. This role is part of the Equity Compensation team and will work closely with the Stock Plan Administration Lead, cross‑functional partners, and external service providers to support equity awards throughout their lifecycle.

This role is well suited for an analytical, detail‑oriented professional who wants to build specialized expertise in public‑company equity compensation and grow into broader ownership of stock plan processes over time.

Location / Reporting: This role is based in the Manila GBS office and reports through the Stock Plan Administration Lead, supporting global equity compensation administration and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the day‑to‑day administration of global equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”), Performance Stock Units (“PSUs”), Stock Options, Employee Stock Purchase Plans (“ESPP”), and other long‑term incentive programs, as applicable.
  • Process equity transactions, including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, and employee terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain participant records within the stock administration system and perform routine reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner closely with the Stock Plan Administration Lead to execute grant cycles, vesting events, and other recurring equity activities.
  • Coordinate with external stock plan administrators, brokerage firms, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
Controls, Compliance & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc reports for Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support payroll tax reporting and reconciliation activities related to equity compensation.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and supporting compliance with SOX controls and company policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality over employee, payroll, tax, compensation, and insider‑related information; follow established controls and approval workflows; and promptly escalates exceptions, unusual transaction activity, data discrepancies, or potential compliance concerns.
  • Help ensure stock plan administration activities comply with applicable securities regulations, tax requirements, and internal governance standards.
Employee & Stakeholder Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, stock transactions, and plan administration.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Stock Plan Administration Lead as appropriate.
  • Support employee education initiatives by assisting with communications, FAQs, and training materials related to equity compensation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, compensation operations, payroll, finance operations, accounting, HR operations, or a related analytical and data‑intensive role.
  • Public company experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of equity compensation, payroll taxation, SEC reporting, or financial reporting requirements.
  • Exposure to RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP, payroll tax, SEC reporting, and SOX controls.
  • Experience with stock administration, brokerage, payroll and HRIS platforms such as Equity Edge Online, E‑Trade/Morgan Stanley, Workday, or similar systems.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or further specialization in equity compensation.

Work hours: This Manila-based role will follow a U.S. business‑hours coverage schedule, with expected working hours aligned to Eastern Time market and stakeholder coverage needs. Specific shift assignments may include 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM ET equivalent coverage, subject to business needs.
