Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in the Employer of Record space. You will prospect, build a target list, craft compelling outreach, and close mid-market to enterprise deals with C-suite stakeholders.

You’ll navigate international compliance conversations, collaborate with Marketing on ABM programs, and manage the complete deal process from discovery to contract signing.

Qualifications

• Directly sell EOR and payroll solutions to HR leaders and C-suite
• Proven track record of generating opportunities via cold outbound and inbound pipelines
• Deep understanding of global employment models, compliance, and co-employment risks
• Consistently meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills to command executive-level discussions

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline with heavy outbound prospecting, cold calling, and tailored email sequences
• Qualify, nurture, and close inbound leads with a high-touch, consultative approach
• Manage end-to-end deal life cycle from discovery to negotiations and handoff
• Collaborate with marketing on ABM campaigns and event-generated leads
