Emapta is hiring a Sales Advisor / Agent to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment within our Ortigas campus. You will own the student journey, align with recruitment goals, and enhance conversion while delivering exceptional support across inquiries, tours, and admissions.

On-site role with mid-shift hours and weekends off, offering competitive compensation, HMO with dependents, fitness facilities, and extensive professional training through Emapta Academy.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Strong guidance and recruitment skills for prospective students.
• Proficiency in sales processes, CRM systems, enrollment tracking, and collections management.
