Lifely is seeking a senior growth leader to shape international ecommerce and trade strategy from the Philippines. You will identify opportunities, launch pilots, and scale revenue across Australia, the US, Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities include building country plans, negotiating with retailers and distributors, and driving cross-functional execution to hit revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business development, partnerships, or market expansion.
• Proven B2B or trade results with deals progressing to revenue.
• Experience scaling ecommerce across multiple countries.
• Ability to build commercial cases covering revenue, margin, cost, and risk.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build international growth plan across priority countries, segments, and channels.
• Develop B2B and trade revenue through retailers, distributors, and marketplaces.
• Own end-to-end opportunities from research to revenue conversion.
• Lead proposals, negotiations, pilots, and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Supply, Finance, and Operations.
• Create reliable pipeline, revenue, and margin forecasts with gated reviews.
• Report on assumptions, blockers, risks, and required actions.
