Lifesports Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize its online sales channels, driving revenue growth, product visibility, and customer experience.

You will oversee listings, store operations, promotions, orders, and performance analysis while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, IT, or related field, with 1–2 years in e-commerce and hands-on experience with Shopify, Lazada,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations/digital sales/online store management
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, online advertising and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; ability to analyze data and performance

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social channels).
• Monitor day-to-day store operations: product availability, pricing, orders, fulfillment.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate info and media.
• Coordinate online promotions, pricing, vouchers, campaigns with Marketing/Sales/Operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
