Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital sales, or marketplace management.
Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of online sales strategies, marketplace operations, promotions, and digital marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and e-commerce reporting tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s e-commerce platforms, online stores, and marketplace accounts.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
Monitor daily online sales, orders, product performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, promotions, and inventory.
Plan and execute online campaigns, sales events, vouchers, discounts, and marketplace promotions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention.
Manage relationships with e-commerce marketplaces, third-party platforms, agencies, and other online partners.
