Job summary

Intrepid Asia in the Philippines seeks a Regional Commercial Strategy Lead to drive commercial strategy, transformation programs, and capability development across six Southeast Asian markets. You will partner with regional leadership, define priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives spanning analytics, operations, and product.

You will build KPI frameworks, create dashboards, and translate data into actionable plans while guiding country teams toward scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Ecommerce, Management Consulting, Category Management, PMO, Business Operations, or related strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic initiatives to improve commercial performance and scalability.
• Define commercial priorities, roadmaps, and annual business plans.
• Drive cross-functional transformation programs from ideation through implementation and tracking.
• Establish governance frameworks and operating rhythms to improve execution.
