Job summary

IWG plc in Manila is seeking a senior delivery lead to own the invoicing platform and drive end-to-end global e-invoicing programs. You will manage live countries, drive touchless processing, and deliver upcoming country rollouts with compliance requirements, tax rules, and supplier communications.

The role demands independent delivery, accountability for performance, and collaboration with external providers to scale the platform across a large footprint.

Qualifications

• Ownership/delivery of an e-invoicing platform (Basware or equivalent).
• Strong e-invoicing compliance across jurisdictions.
• Proven program and change management for multi-country S2P/AP.
• Ability to manage third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the invoicing platform (Basware — Network, AP automation, Insights, Guardian, supplier collaboration) as the accountability point for performance and roadmap.
• Drive touchless processing rates to benchmark across live countries; report weekly.
• Deliver remaining country go-lives with compliance models and supplier communications.
• Provide ongoing change management and BAU support to live countries to remain stable.
• Deliver pipeline of country extensions/E-invoicing mandates into the platform framework.
• Own AP metrics, steerco reporting and supplier communications across the estate.
