Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT project delivery across international clients from the Philippines. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and service partners to drive successful outcomes, managing schedules, risks, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with US/UK/EU clients, lead project kickoffs and status meetings, and shape delivery processes as the team scales globally. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing IT professional services or technology deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of networking, data center infrastructure, and IT deployments.
• Experience coordinating engineers, vendors, and international service partners.
• Excellent English communication with US/UK/EU clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple regions and customers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, deployment plans, and resource plans.
• Coordinate field engineers, subcontractors, and international service partners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide clear executive and customer reporting on status and issues.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve delivery processes.
