Job summary

IWG is seeking a Global Head of Finance Operations based in Manila to lead the operational execution of finance processes for the global legal entity population. The role focuses on people, capacity, service delivery, quality, controls and continuous improvement.

The position requires leadership of a large finance organisation, with experience in Record-to-Report, statutory reporting, tax compliance and FP&A across multiple jurisdictions. Strong governance and automation focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a sizeable finance SSC/GBS with operational performance accountability.
• Ideally substantial leadership experience in the Philippines with shared-services exposure.
• Experience leading multiple finance disciplines (R2R, group reporting, statutory reporting, tax, FP&A).
• Experience managing a finance org serving a large international legal entity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics and service governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial processes within the Manila scope with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee organisation, people and capacity to meet service levels.
• Ensure service delivery and performance aligned with governance standards.
• Coordinate statutory and tax filing delivery and audit processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and cost efficiency within finance operations.
