Job summary

IWG plc seeks a Global Head of Finance Operations based in Manila to lead the execution of all finance processes within the Manila scope, spanning Group reporting, R2R, statutory reporting, tax, FP&A and business partnering for a global entity population.

The role requires proven SSC leadership, strong governance, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, automation and cost efficiency across a large, matrixed finance organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a sizeable finance shared service centre or global business services organisation.
• Experience leading multiple finance disciplines (R2R, Group Reporting, statutory reporting, tax, FP&A).
• Experience serving a large international legal entity population across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality metrics and service governance.
• Strong finance controls, governance, risk and operational resilience.
