Job summary

IWG in Manila seeks Global Head of Finance Operations to lead the finance delivery for the group from Manila, overseeing R2R, statutory reporting, tax, FP&A and related activities. This role focuses on people, capacity, service delivery, controls and continuous improvement, with strong leadership across a global matrix and a track record in large SSC/GBS environments.

Ideal candidates will bring large-scale change experience, automation mindset, and the ability to partner with senior finance

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a sizeable finance shared service centre or global business services organisation.
• Experience leading finance disciplines: R2R, Group Reporting, statutory reporting, tax, FP&A.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Experience with automation, data, and AI in finance.
• Ability to drive change and centralisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute all finance processes within the Manila scope.
• Lead a large finance organisation with focus on performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate statutory audits and tax filings.
• Develop talent and leadership within the team.
