Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City is seeking an experienced Dispute/Finance Analyst to join our global logistics team. You will manage daily dispute and financial data, coordinate with front/back office, and support process improvements.

This onsite role requires Spanish and English communication skills, a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in dispute/finance, and proficiency with S4-GCSS, RKEM, AFLS, and MS Office. Night shift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
• At least 2 years work experience in Dispute/Finance.
• Technical skills: S4 - GCSS, RKEM, AFLS and Microsoft Office literacy.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City with night shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a daily work allocation log.
• Allocates work assignments, roster planning and prepares team productivity reports.
• Monitors and reports on standard and performance parameters.
• Coordinates with front office and resolves disputes with customer service and sales.
• Grooms staff through coaching, goal setting, and feedback.
• Ensures the staff is focused on customer outcomes and teamwork.
