Maersk is seeking a data-driven Dispute/Finance Analyst to join our Manila-based team in Pasig. The role involves managing daily work allocations, reporting on performance, and coordinating with front office to resolve disputes, while coaching staff to achieve excellence in customer service and operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in disputes/finance, and experience with S4 GCSS, RKEM, AFLS, plus MS Office. Night shifts and onsite work in Pasig are required.

Maintains a daily work allocation log
Allocates work assignments, roster planning and prepares team productivity reports
Monitors and reports on standard and performance parameters
Arranges Gembas for visitors
Implements new ideas to improve processes
Coordinates with front office and arrange to resolve disputes with customer service and sales, with efficiency and quality
Maintains a positive relationship while working closely with the staff to build a formidable team through coaching, goal setting, and constructive feedback
Researches and recommends best practices that can be followed
Ensures staff is focused on customer
Works directly with LOC team to address equipment concerns, in particular where customer needs are not being covered

Secure use of uniform, establishment and respect of operational procedures
Perform data analyst specialist role to address gap and improvement areas
Work closely with other teams for knowledge sharing, monitor KPIs’, improve reporting within the organization and move towards standardization of process

Bachelor's Graduate
Excellent Spanish and English Communication skills
At least 2 years work experience in Dispute/Finance.
Technical Skills: (S4 – GCSS, RKEM, AFLS) and Microsoft Package literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) is a perquisite
Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City and Nightshift schedule
