Job summary

Probe Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in the Philippines to deliver excellent service to Sky TV clients. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat, perform data/research tasks, and resolve technical and account issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You should be able to work under pressure, communicate clearly, and follow defined procedures while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Experience handling phone, email, and live chat support.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking with focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Resourceful, multitask, with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in global teams.
• Flexible and able to adapt to frequent process changes and work under pressure.
• Ability to guide end-users in resolving technical issues and log issues using ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls and respond to inquiries via email and live chat.
• Perform data gathering, research, and documentation per SOP.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide guidance to resolution for software/hardware.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of login/passwords and follow client security guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
