Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Customer Service professional to support international clients through order processing and inquiries. You will handle phone and email requests, assist with styling and product selections, and help improve internal processes.

Candidates should have 2+ years of college or a Bachelor's degree, 6–12 months of CSR experience, and excellent English communication. The role requires basic MS Office skills and strong organizational abilities in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• 6 months–1 year of Customer Service experience (BPO preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Advisory and support services for international premium clients regarding the order process
• Answer customer requests via phone and email
• Styling, shopping, and selection of key pieces of the current season
• Continuous improvement of internal processes
• Collaborate with Payment, Warehouse and Shipping teams
