Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, customs administration, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, logistics operations, or order monitoring.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes and import/export documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customs clearance orders throughout the entire clearance lifecycle to ensure timely processing and completion.
• Separate and categorize customs clearance orders based on operational requirements, priorities, and processing status.
• Track the progress of all customs clearance activities and maintain accurate order status updates.
• Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and issue timely warnings to relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate critical or overdue cases in accordance with established escalation procedures to ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with Customs Operations, Customer Service, and external partners to resolve clearance issues and expedite processing.
• Maintain monitoring dashboards and operational reports to provide visibility on order status and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze operational trends and recommend process improvements to enhance customs clearance efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and proposing corrective actions.
