Job summary

FedEx Express Philippines is seeking a Clearance & Brokerage Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver technical training that strengthens regulatory compliance and operational performance across Clearance & Brokerage. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and SMEs to close capability gaps and support change initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in customs, brokerage, or learning & development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Customs Clearance, Brokerage Operations, or Learning & Development.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led or e-learning programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Analytical ability to identify capability gaps and recommend solutions.
• Familiarity with LMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding, technical, and refresher training for Clearance & Brokerage.
• Conduct training needs analysis from performance trends and business changes.
• Develop materials, facilitator guides, e-learning content, and job aids.
• Serve as SME on clearance processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and stakeholder feedback.
• Support new process implementations and system enhancements through training.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and regional teams to align with business goals.
• Maintain compliance with FedEx policies and industry standards.
