Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management professional to act as the first contact for Region South Pacific customers, handling orders and inquiries. You will ensure orders are created accurately in SAP and record customer inquiries with clear ownership and resolution.

You will maintain customer master data across SAP and CRM, minimize dissatisfaction through timely responses, and build strong cross-department relationships to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business-related course.
• Related experience in Customer Service and Account Management.
• Good negotiation skills at highest level (capable of representing business in major customer issues).
• Through knowledge of order to cash process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Region South Pacific customers for orders, queries, complaints and account information.
• Prepare, process and ensure accurate order creation in SAP.
• Accurately identify and record customer inquiries with ownership and resolution.
• Minimize dissatisfaction by handling inquiries within agreed timescales.
• Establish positive relationships with customers to maintain loyalty.
• Utilize SAP and CRM to manage customer master data and CRM activities.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with other departments.
