The role supports international customers with orders, quotations, delivery coordination and product information, while ensuring accurate processing and timely responses. We value candidates with a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of customer service experience, and excellent English communication.

Mansioni

• Receives enquiries and orders from customers via email or web-based ordering system.
• Submits price quotations and enters orders into the online system.
• Checks product charts and port details to identify correct lubricants.
• Liaises with delivery agents to confirm availability and charges.
• Communicates information to customers and obtains approval for extra charges.
• Assists with reporting from analytical dashboards.
• Supports CSR desk operations and provides backup to other offices.
• May require after-office work.
• Provides advice on product applications and properties.
