Chevron Global Service Center in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a customer service professional to support U.S. stations and retailers. You will handle calls, provide technical assistance, and guide back-office processes to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with MS Office, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Night shifts and weekend work are part of a 24x7 operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with US clients is a plus.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer service and technical support for US stations and retailers.
• Serves as primary contact for back-office processes supporting North America operations.
• Guides front-end and back-end activities to resolve day-to-day station issues.
• Trains staff on back-office, POS, and dispenser functionalities.
• Maintains accurate case records and escalates where needed.
