Job summary

Manulife Contact Center in Cebu City seeks Customer Service Representatives to assist clients across the US/Canada/Asia with policy and service information. Walk-in interviews are prioritized onsite with limited Q3 slots and a Php 30,000 signing bonus for hires starting Oct–Dec 2026.

Candidates with 2 years of college and at least 2 years of international voice experience are preferred. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available, including onsite in Mactan-Lapu Lapu, Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Experience in international voice support is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding policy/contract information and general concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service by accurately answering inquiries.
• Document significant discussions and follow up as needed.
• Provide regular updates to management on production and challenges.
