Job summary

V.Group is seeking a dedicated Crew Logistics Coordinator in Manila, Philippines, to arrange timely, cost-efficient crew change logistics for on-signing and off-signing seafarers across the fleet. You will use crewing tools and work with vessel Masters, fleet cells, port agents, and travel providers to meet client requirements and budgetary constraints.

Essential experience includes 2–3 years in a crewing company and proven ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a crewing company.
• Experience arranging crew change logistics for seafarers.
• Strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange crew logistic support including flights, hotel, immigration, and transportation for on-signing and off-signing seafarers.
• Coordinate with vessel Masters, fleet cells, port agents, and travel providers to meet client requirements.
• Ensure crew changes are within budgetary and operational constraints.
• Maintain records in ShipSure and ticketing platforms for ongoing arrangements.
• Attend toll-free lines to assist seafarers with travel-related issues.
• Support 24/7 operations by covering weekend/holiday duties when needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
