Job summary

Pacific Carriers Limited is seeking a dedicated Crew Operations Coordinator in Manila. The role focuses on planning crew changes, coordinating travel, and ensuring timely completion of all seafarer documentation, including PEME results and trainings.

You will interact with principals, vessels, recruitment, and travel agencies to ensure efficient crew rotations, while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Maritime Industry.
• At least 1 year experience in Port Operations and Immigration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Planning crew changes for vessels on Ratings crew.
• Communicate with principals and vessels on planned crew changes.
• Coordinate with departments for approval of planned crew changes.
• Coordinate with recruitment for crew requirements.
• Ensure crew availability for pooling requirements.
• Manage crew performance and debriefing.
• Verify seafarers' documents and PEME results.
• Monitor renewal of trainings and required documents.
• Coordinate travel with accredited agencies and ensure proper travel documents.
• Assist joining and repatriation of seafarers at Philippine ports and immigration requirements.
• Dispatch parcels/documents to/from vessels and maintain records.
• Assist seafarer wives with travel formalities.
• Coordinate flight bookings and related invoicing with principals/agents.
• Brief joining seafarers on travel itineraries.
• Update embarkation/disembarkation details in principal's system.
• Ensure documents are uploaded in COMPAS before departure.
• Maintain ISO 9001 standards quality of work.
• Monitor withdrawal of seafarers' documents for assigned vessels.
• Manage team performance and achieve targets.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in monitoring daily maintenance and organization of files.
