Qualifications

• With proven track record (12+ years) of managing finance service delivery within the GBS industry.
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer experience initiatives and delivering measurable improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance services to the business and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Define and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and optimization to ensure services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Drive service innovation by incorporating new tools and technologies (e.g., automation, RPA).
• Develop KPIs to monitor service delivery performance and address underperformance.
• Mentor and develop leaders, promoting accountability, collaboration, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with GPOs and stakeholders to align service delivery with customer expectations and drive improvements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to service delivery operations.
