RemotePass is seeking a Cost Accountant in a hands-on finance role focused on payroll costs, client invoicing, and supplier payments across multiple entities and currencies. You will maintain AP records, reconcile intercompany activities, and ensure accurate cost capture for tax and compliance reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, CPA/ACCA/CA certification, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• CPA/ACCA/CA certification is required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting or audit.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting.
• Fluent English, strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Review payroll data to ensure correct salaries and costs are recorded.
• Prepare and issue client invoices based on payroll and costs.
• Track and follow up on client payments for timely collection.
• Manage supplier/vendor payments and review invoices for timely processing.
• Maintain cost accounts and Accounts Payable records.
• Reconcile payroll costs and intercompany transactions across entities.
• Support tax audits and tax return preparation as needed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Improve end-to-end EOR accounting workflows.
