Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is seeking a Specialist, Global Corporate Accounts in the Philippines to support the Global Sales Operations by managing corporate accounts, rates, and GDS visibility across Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, and related tools.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and generating presentations for key projects while engaging with regional teams and stakeholders in delivering corporate programs such as Corporate Gold, IHG Business Edge, and Business Advantage.

Qualifications

Experience with corporate accounts and hotel sales operations.
Familiarity with GDS, CRS, and channel mapping tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on corporate account management and process improvement.
Manage and process corporate accounts for negotiated rates and programs.
Activate rate categories and update rate descriptions for luxury and lifestyle accounts.
Lead escalations and respond to inquiries via Global Corporate Accounts Mailbox.
Prepare presentations and reports for key projects.
